What cities and locations do you operate in?

AAYSEE MALL PRIVATE LIMITED is officially starting its operations from Jaipur and has a well-designed road-map to spread in most of the cities in India in a very quick time.

Do you deliver to my location?

You can edit your location settings to check if we deliver in your area.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, each store has a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

No, there is no additional charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do charge a delivery fee if the order value per order does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section.


How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout.


How can I make payments at AAYSEE MALL PRIVATE LIMITED?

AAYSEE MALL PRIVATE LIMITED accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, PayTM etc or Cash on delivery (COD) which is available on orders less than Rs. 5000.

How can I review my receipt?

The receipt for your order is sent on the registered number with us. You can also check your order details under My Order section.


Cancellation & Returns 

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from the My Orders section before it is put into "Delivery In process" state for no charges. Once the order is in the "Delivery In process" state, minimum delivery charges will be applicable on the returned or cancelled order. The delivery charges may vary from INR 25-40 depending on the distance.

What If I want to return something?

If you're dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint via the app within 4 hours for Grocery and Fruits and Vegetables related product. For Clothes, Shoes and other items, you can register a complaint and a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the product at your end. The customer to ensure that the branding and cost tags are not detached from the product and also that the products are in resalable condition. Any used item will not be entertained for return/refund.

Can I reschedule my order?

Yes, you can reschedule your order but it will call for a delivery charge varying from INR 25-40 depending on Cost, distance and the item purchased.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

You can use the "Contact Us" section on the app/web. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.


Placing an order

How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?

We have a team to ensure quality checks are done time to time to ensure that our customers are getting good quality products. We also have heavy penalties on our vendors on repeated complaints. The punishment can even result into cancellation of their contract with us. 
The customer is also advised to check the items delivered to them and handle with the required amount of care and attention; there may be some items that go bad if they are not handled properly after delivery. In that case, the customer will have to bear the loss.

Do you charge for delivery?

The delivery charges depend on the items purchased and the total cost of an order. The details of delivery charges if any, are reflected while you checkout from our website/app.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery of our products begin from 8AM and the last delivery is completed by 10PM.
